In Greenwich, our flagship riverside project at New Capital Quay is now enjoying its first phase of occupation. Stage 1 (407 apartments and a Waitrose Store) of the development has been handed over and residents have moved in, with Stage 2 (186 apartments) occupation planned for mid- to late September. The final stage (407 apartments) is well under way, with occupation planned for spring of 2014.

At the former Seager Distillery in Deptford, S.E.8, Phase 2 The Distillery Crescent (137 apartments in a cascade of blocks from 12 to six floors) is nearing completion, with occupation due at the end of September 2013. Construction of a Staycity hotel has commenced both at the Seager site and at Greenwich High Road, with completion due in April 2014. The hotels are being developed within existing blocks at each of these developments.
At Ludgate Broadway, nine apartments are being built over six floors. The project commenced in January 2013 and will complete in December of this year. Ready for occupation just a few months earlier, in late September or early October, will be 14 apartments at Woodford Green High Street. Meanwhile, in Marylebone, Jerome House in Lisson Grove NW1 comprises 25 apartments undergoing complete refurbishment, with completion due in December 2014.
