ITV - Scotland Yard to Become 5-Star Hotel

The former HQ of the Metropolitan Police is to become a five-star hotel with rooms costing up to £10,000. Situated in Whitehall, the building, known as Great Scotland Yard, will have 235 rooms. The site was original chosen by Robert Peel, who was Home Secretary when the Met formed in 1829.
